“There is a right way, and a wrong way to negotiate. But the approach might change depending on the situation. The best negotiators have a variety of tactics in their tool bag and know when to use each one,” Gittings says.

“Being an agent allows me to mentor and guide players throughout their career as a professional athlete. Having been a player myself, I’m in a unique position to help clients face the challenges that come with playing in the NFL,” Sirles says.
In contrast to agents who are drawn to the business by the glitz and glam associated with the NFL, the driving motivation for Sirles is a desire to help players have long, successful NFL careers. That value system, is why Sirles was happy to join the OWSG team.
